1. We require all of our Affiliate Partners to use specific types of links and pages.
This requirement will help YOU make money (then we do, too!). We'll be happy to help you design your Affiliate page. You must notify us when your links are up OR if you make any changes to APPROVED links. We will review the links and send you an email approving them or
requesting changes. Once your links are approved, we will activate your Affiliate account. 2. We do not allow you to purchase your first Template package using your
affiliate link. Too many Affiliate "applications" are submitted just for saving 25%. We review each application, the Affiliate Partner's website and content, so we WILL notice if an Affiliate application is just for the discount. However! After four completed sales generated by
your affiliate links, we will reimburse you the 25% if you do purchase one of our products.
3. We get very few chargebacks, and on those rare occasions, they are usually from a fraudulent transaction. If you have been paid for a referral sale that is subsequently charged back, we will deduct the commission paid from your next affiliate payments.
4. We are seeking quality Affiliate Partners, so our standards for acceptance are higher than many other programs especially those that offer "automatic approval". We reserve the right to decline

5. We pay on TWO TIERS! On the first tier, you will earn 25% of each completed,
verified sale generated by your online referral links, and you will also receive 10% of the revenues created by YOUR Affiliate Partner referrals, commonly called "2nd Tier generated links". (Click
here to see a breakdown of possible commissions) Affiliate commissions are paid around the 15th of each month, for all sales made the prior month. We do not have a minimum sales threshold, since we do not write checks. All payments are made via PayPal, so your commissions
will get to you promptly. You MUST have a PayPal account, and the email address you use for your PayPal account is also where we
will send any correspondence. 6. It is a pleasure to work with most Affiliate Partners. Keeping our Affiliate Program operational and supporting our Affiliate
Partners takes time. We believe there is no reason to invest our time or waste yours if you don't make any sales for 60 days. If our ongoing reviews show no activity for 60 days, we will send you a 10 day notice. At the end of the 10 days, if there is still no activity, we will
terminate our relationship with you. 7. As an Affiliate Partner, you are working with us as an Independent Contractor you are not our employee. Therefore, it is
your responsibility to report any income you receive through our Affiliate Program to any applicable tax or governmental agency. If your yearly commissions reach the threshold IRS sets for a formal report, we will issue and mail you a Form 1099 no later than January 15 of each
