You will be given, in an email
(considered an agreement/contract), a guideline and specific price
for the amount specified in conversations prior to payment.

Anything you wish done above and beyond
this agreement will cost an additional amount. At no time will any
work begin until the full payment is received.

Approximate completion dates are given,
custom work can take anywhere from 2 days-several months, depending
on the amount of work required and our schedules and prior
commitments.

Technical support and FrontPage help is
given on a limited basis, and depends on what is needed. Please note,
we are NOT Microsoft, if you are having trouble with your FrontPage,
please contact them. Any technical/server work will be given for our
hosting clients only. We cannot trouble shoot a server that does not
belong to us. It is your responsibility to make sure your current
server can handle the work you plan on doing.

Any chargebacks on custom work payment
will be fought to the highest extent of the law.
