You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using any FP World™ FrontPage Templates and/or accompanying
themes.
Your use of the FrontPage Templates package indicates your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement. World of Website Templates™, et al grants you the following license:
You may use FrontPage Templates graphics in a single application. If a graphical image used in the Templates is accompanied by a copyright symbol or message, this symbol or message may not be removed from the image.
Some random graphical elements within the FrontPage Templates and/or theme have been watermarked using the Digimarc® technology. This in no way affects the appearance or performance of your FrontPage Templates
or theme. However, it does allow us to occasionally search and thus find instances where the images are misused. If you have any questions regarding the Digimarc® process, please contact us for details.
Your
FrontPage Templates and theme package may contain elements that rely on additional third-party software that must be purchased separately in order for said element to be modified or perform satisfactorily on your computer. Such notices are normally marked on each
FrontPage Templates preview. Elements which rely on such additional software may be removed and not affect the overall performance of the FrontPage Templates and/or theme package.
Once you have purchased
the FrontPage Templates package, you may only use it for one web site. If you want to use the same FrontPage Templates and theme for multiple clients or on multiple sites, you must purchase the FrontPage Templates separately
for each client or site.
You may not transfer this FrontPage Templates to any other user, either group or individual, without the permission of FP World™, except as is needed on multiple computers for use in
authoring a single web site.
Purchasing our FrontPage Templates does not include the right to the graphics outside of the FrontPage Templates and/or theme package. Graphic copyright remains with the
original designer. The term "graphic" applies to all FrontPage Templates images such as bullets, buttons, icons, images, etc.
Refund Policy
The FrontPage Templates are offered in good faith. The purchaser agrees not to hold FP World™, any third party vendor, or other selling agent liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages that might be
incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use of any FP World™ FrontPage® Templates.FrontPage Templates ordered through our FP World™ sites are classified as software and, as such, are
not refundable. We don't want any customer to be unhappy, so please contact us if you have questions and/or problems with any FrontPage Templates or theme. We'll do our best to fix the problem quickly and bring a smile back to your face. If you have any
questions about the suitability of a FrontPage Templates and theme package, ask us BEFORE you buy!
We occasionally remove products from our catalog to make room for new items. Removed packages will not be offered again and
are not replaceable if lost.
